FAQ
Is this the same as licensing the source for my own cloud?
No. These tiers are managed SaaS on OwnerLayer-operated infrastructure. Enterprise self-hosted licensing is quoted separately after a technical review.
What counts as a recording?
A session with replay capture enabled that produces at least one replay chunk during the billing month. Sampling and quotas are configurable on higher tiers.
Can I migrate from Hotjar or PostHog?
Yes. We help map your instrumentation to LESP event definitions and embed the browser SDK. Historical vendor data is not imported automatically.
