OwnerLayer Technologies LLC provides deployable B2B software (including multi-tenant live chat and first-party UX analytics), deployment documentation, and custom software development for operations teams.

Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, software is licensed for deployment on infrastructure you control. We do not operate a hosted multi-tenant SaaS backend for customer production data on OwnerLayer servers.

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs service, misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use the site to distribute malware or unlawful content.

Information on this website is for general business description and is not a binding offer. Pricing, scope, delivery timelines, license rights, support, and acceptance criteria are defined in a written quote, statement of work, or license agreement signed by both parties.

Illustrative calculators and comparisons on this site are estimates only, not guarantees of cost or performance.

We retain ownership of our website content, trademarks, product names, and pre-existing materials unless a signed agreement assigns otherwise.

Rights to source code, deployment artifacts, and deliverables are granted only as expressly stated in your signed agreement.

When you deploy our software on your infrastructure, you are responsible for hosting security, backups, lawful use, end-user notices, consent where required, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdictions.

You are responsible for how you configure ingest keys, access controls, retention, and operator permissions in your environment.

The website and pre-contractual materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of this website or pre-contractual discussions.

Liability under a signed commercial agreement is governed by that agreement. If no signed agreement exists, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your deployment environment, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes relating to these Terms or the website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless a signed commercial agreement specifies different dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
